This Privacy Policy explains how the Mass Unfollow Extension ("Extension", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Chrome browser extension for managing your X (Twitter) following list.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We disclose only the data needed to operate the service to Netlify (hosting and license storage), Supabase (account authentication), Stripe (payments and subscriptions), and Mailgun (transactional and support email).
Important: The extension reads the X/Twitter pages you open to identify following relationships and apply your selected filters. Depending on the filters you enable, it processes usernames, profile URLs, follower and following counts, bio text, verification and default-avatar status, account age, and recent public activity.
Data obtained through the extension is used only to provide and improve the user-facing unfollow, filtering, licensing, account, support, and subscription features described in this policy. We do not use or transfer it for personalized advertising, credit decisions, or sale to data brokers. Humans may access user data only with the user's explicit consent for support, when necessary for security or legal compliance, or after the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
Mass Unfollow's use and transfer of user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
