1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mass Unfollow for X ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Mass Unfollow for X is a Chrome browser extension that helps users manage their X (Twitter) following list by providing tools to unfollow multiple accounts efficiently.
The Service is offered in multiple tiers: Free, Monthly ($4.99/month), and Yearly ($36/year), each with different usage limits and features.
3. Account Registration
- You must create an account to use the Service
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
- One account per person; multiple accounts are not permitted
4. License Key Terms
- License keys are for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or transferred
- Each license has activation limits based on your plan (Free: 1 device, Monthly: 3 devices, Yearly: 5 devices)
- We reserve the right to deactivate licenses that violate these terms
- Lost license keys can be recovered through your dashboard or by contacting support
5. Subscription and Billing
5.1 Payment
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
5.2 Subscription Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You will receive email notification before renewal
- You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your dashboard
5.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on their account.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service, no questions asked. Simply contact us at support@unfollow-x.com.
6.2 Refund Eligibility
- Eligible for refund: First-time purchases within 7 days
- Eligible for refund: Technical issues preventing use of the Service that we cannot resolve
- Not eligible: Requests made after 7 days from purchase
- Not eligible: Subsequent renewals (you can cancel before renewal instead)
- Not eligible: Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
6.3 Refund Process
- Contact support at support@unfollow-x.com with your email
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Your license will be downgraded to the free plan upon refund
6.4 Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in immediate account termination. We are happy to resolve any billing issues directly.
7. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard
- Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
- After your billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free plan
- Your license key and usage history are preserved on the free plan
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time (except within the 7-day guarantee period)
8. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to violate X (Twitter) Terms of Service
- Share, sell, or transfer your license key to others
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or license restrictions
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
- Use automated tools to interact with the Service
- Use the Service for spam, harassment, or any illegal purpose
9. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- The Service depends on X (Twitter) platform availability
- We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all code, design, and content, is owned by Mass Unfollow for X. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal purposes in accordance with these terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT X (TWITTER) WILL NOT RESTRICT YOUR ACCOUNT FOR USING THE SERVICE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
13. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse the refund policy
- Share or sell your license key
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
